This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you visit HomebuyerHeadStart.com (the "Site") or submit information through any form on the Site, including the Short Pre-Qualification Check and the Detailed Buyer Readiness Check (collectively, the "Services").

Homebuyer Head Start is an educational program associated with the Krevoy Team. Krevoy Team Marketing Inc. manages website marketing, CRM, and communications for the Homebuyer Head Start program. Mortgage loan origination services referenced on the Site are provided by California-licensed Mortgage Loan Originators Barry Krevoy (NMLS #923896) and Shane Krevoy (NMLS #1295481) through The Turnkey Foundation, Inc. dba Arbor Financial Group (NMLS #236669), the sponsoring California-licensed mortgage broker. Arbor Financial Group is an Equal Housing Lender.

By using the Site or submitting any form, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Homebuyer Head Start is an educational program associated with the Krevoy Team. Krevoy Team Marketing Inc. manages website marketing, CRM, and communications for the program.

The Krevoy Team includes California-licensed Mortgage Loan Originators Barry Krevoy (NMLS #923896) and Shane Krevoy (NMLS #1295481), sponsored by The Turnkey Foundation, Inc. dba Arbor Financial Group (NMLS #236669), a California-licensed mortgage broker.

We collect the following categories of information when you use the Services.

Information you give us directly through forms on the Site:

  • Self-reported credit score range
  • Employment status and length of employment
  • Down payment range or available funds
  • Target home price range

Information from third parties:

  • We may receive information about you from advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn when you click an advertisement that leads to the Site.
  • We may receive information from public records or credit reporting agencies only after you have separately authorized a full mortgage application. The Services on this Site do not pull credit and do not constitute a credit application.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the educational and pre-qualification content you requested
  • To provide requested educational information and related follow-up
  • To schedule and provide appointment confirmations and reminders
  • To provide Homebuyer Head Start educational content, program updates, and educational resources
  • To send SMS marketing or non-marketing communications when you have separately provided the applicable consent
  • To match you with appropriate next steps, including, if you choose, a full mortgage pre-approval submitted through Arbor Financial Group
  • To improve the Site, our forms, and our educational content
  • To comply with applicable laws, including fair-lending laws and recordkeeping requirements
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal information for advertising purposes.

4. Fair lending and pre-qualification disclosures

The Services on this Site are educational and pre-qualification tools only. Submitting any form on this Site:

  • Does not constitute a mortgage application
  • Does not result in a credit pull
  • Does not guarantee approval for any loan program
  • Does not lock any interest rate

A full mortgage application requires separate written authorization and is handled through the sponsoring broker, Arbor Financial Group, in accordance with applicable licensing rules. All loan decisions are made in accordance with applicable federal and state fair lending laws, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and the Fair Housing Act.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.

5. SMS and call communications consent

Providing a phone number through the Site does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS marketing or non-marketing messages.

When submitting a form, you may separately and voluntarily consent to receive marketing and/or non-marketing SMS messages from Krevoy Team Marketing Inc. regarding the Homebuyer Head Start program. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of submitting a form or obtaining services, and the applicable consent options are not selected by default.

If you consent to marketing SMS messages, you may receive messages about Homebuyer Head Start educational content, program updates, and educational resources.

If you consent to non-marketing SMS messages, you may receive messages regarding Homebuyer Head Start inquiries, requested educational information, appointment confirmations and reminders, program updates, and related follow-up.

The SMS program is for Homebuyer Head Start educational communications. SMS messages sent under this program do not advertise, offer, arrange, or originate mortgage loans or other financial products.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] for assistance regarding your communication preferences.

No Mobile Information Sharing: Mobile information and SMS/text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. It may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver these messages, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for marketing.

You may separately consent to receive phone calls where applicable. You may opt out of phone calls by telling the representative during a call or by contacting us at [email protected].

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect communications that are necessary to service an existing application or loan, where applicable and legally permitted.

6. How we share your information

We share your information only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Krevoy Team Marketing Inc., which manages website marketing, CRM, and communications for the Homebuyer Head Start program.
  • Service providers that operate infrastructure on our behalf, including form hosting, CRM and marketing automation such as GoHighLevel, email and SMS delivery providers, web analytics providers, and similar vendors, subject to restrictions on their use of your information.
  • Arbor Financial Group, the sponsoring California-licensed mortgage broker, when you indicate interest in moving forward with a mortgage pre-approval or application. Mortgage loan files originated by Krevoy Team MLOs are handled within Arbor Financial Group's licensed brokerage.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or a verified legal request, or when necessary to protect our rights, property, users, or others.
  • Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the applicable business, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Regardless of the provisions above, mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes, as described in Section 5.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know what personal information we have collected about you
  • Right to access a copy of that information
  • Right to correct inaccurate information
  • Right to delete your information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements
